Case Closed Court Declined the Anthony and Amber Divorce case😱 Court Notice below👇

🏛️ Official Court Notice 🏛️
District Civil Court of Meadowridge County
Case No. 2024-FD-1137
IN THE MATTER OF THE MARRIAGE OF ANTHONY RIVERS AND AMBER RIVERS
NOTICE OF CASE CLOSURE AND COURT DECLINATION

To Whom It May Concern,

Be advised that on the 27th day of June, 2025, the Family Division of the Meadowridge County District Court, having thoroughly reviewed all submitted filings, affidavits, testimony transcripts, and evidentiary material related to Case No. 2024-FD-1137, has officially declined to proceed with the petition for divorce filed jointly by Anthony Rivers and Amber Rivers.

📜 Summary of Case History:

The matter was initiated on February 14, 2024, when both parties jointly filed a motion to dissolve their marriage of 11 years, citing “irreconcilable differences.” At the time of filing, no children or shared financial liabilities were declared. Both parties appeared cooperative and reportedly in mutual agreement regarding the separation terms.

However, during the course of six scheduled hearings, multiple continuances, and three private mediation sessions, the Court began to note significant inconsistencies in the testimony provided by the petitioners. What began as a straightforward, uncontested divorce gradually evolved into a complicated entanglement of contradictions, withheld information, and emotional ambiguity.

⚖️ Court’s Findings:

  • Inconsistent Testimonies: Throughout proceedings, both parties recanted prior statements. Anthony testified to "emotional detachment" but later acknowledged "ongoing intimacy and cohabitation." Amber, initially citing "a lack of trust," submitted diary entries contradicting her claim, describing "rekindled affection" within weeks of filing.

  • Continued Cohabitation: Surveillance and submitted evidence indicated that the parties had not maintained separate residences and had continued living together for the duration of the case, even jointly hosting social events under their shared name.

  • Public Interest Concerns: The case drew heightened public interest following viral media coverage and speculative online narratives suggesting the couple may be leveraging the divorce for publicity. While unproven, the Court noted the timing of social media campaigns and brand partnerships launched amid proceedings

In light of the contradictory information, lack of genuine intent to dissolve the marital union, and signs of reconciliation observed by court-appointed counselors, the Court finds no legal or moral grounds to proceed with granting a divorce.

Therefore, as of June 27, 2025, the petition for dissolution of marriage is hereby denied and the case officially closed.

Should either party seek to renew their petition at a later date, they must demonstrate substantial changes in circumstances and submit verified proof of separation.

Let this notice serve both as an official record and as a reminder that the institution of marriage, while personal, carries legal and ethical weight when brought before the judiciary.

Signed,

Hon. Meredith Alcott
Presiding Judge, Family Court Division
Meadowridge County District Court
